Montana has been, and always will be, home. I was born and raised in Montana and my Great Grandmother homesteaded here in the late 1800s making my roots run deep. I spend as much time in the beautiful outdoors as possible riding dirt bikes, snow biking, camping or exploring in our Jeep. I have over 20 years of sales and finance experience working in the Powersports business and real estate has always been an interest. With my years of sales experience, local knowledge, and a true passion for this state, I look forward to using my skills helping clients find their dream home or property. Making it enjoyable and easy from the starting line to the checkered flag.

Doug Deaton

I love what I do and where I do it. My grandparents homesteaded a small farm in eastern Montana, raising 6 children in the ‘20’s and ‘30’s. Montana is a part of me. It is with great satisfaction that I get to share my passion for Montana with clients every day. Getting people to talk about their dreams and making those dreams come alive is what drives me. Real estate doesn’t feel like work to me; it’s simply more of the thrill and energy I feel when bicycling, motorcycling or snowmobiling. That push for excellence. That knowledge that my legal education, life experiences, and hard work will bring success; bringing you face to face with your dreams. Because when it is done well, we end up with a lot more than a home in paradise, we end up with good friends for life.

All my life experiences have led to my career in real estate. Working to help others brings out my best; hand me any job without worry or second-guessing. I’m a zealous listener and an aggressive pursuer of creative solutions to life’s challenges. The details make me smile. To me, the Flathead Valley is not a resort area, but rather a community so inspiring one visit is all it took to call it home. Living here means having more than a lifetime’s worth of adventures. Working here means an unwavering commitment to getting the job done, but with the joy of both a professional and personal touch. Home at last!

Scott Frank

After traveling the globe cooking and serving in some of the world's finest restaurants, Scott realized home is in the mountains. Scott joined Deaton & Co. fours years ago after spending eight years in Vail, Colorado. He and his wife (Jamie) and their rescued lab mix (Ace) decided to head north to their dream community of the Flathead Valley. Northwest Montana offers everything this active, adventure seeking, nature-loving couple can think of, while also having a strong sense of community. Fast-forward 5 years and now Scott & Jamie have welcomed son Blake! Whenever possible, Scott can be found skiing the slopes of Whitefish Mountain, hiking local trails with Ace, golfing with friends, or exploring Glacier National Park. Scott continues his lifelong passion and commitment to hospitality by assisting others along the seamless transition of buying and selling real estate. Scott is energetic and hungry to find the best deal and consistently goes above and beyond to exceed his client's expectations. His tenacity to bring value in every transaction, establishing genuine relationships, and ensuring to always make his clients his paramount focus is his authentic recipe for success.

I’ve been lucky enough to be born and raised in Montana where the mountains are taller and the rivers are wider. The Cliffs of Moher in Ireland and the canals of Venice fight for a close second but Montana always takes the blue ribbon. I remember the first time my parents took me on Going to the Sun Road in Glacier National Park as if it was yesterday. It was magical then and continues to take my breath away every time I visit. I fill my free time with hiking, rafting, and skiing with my fellow folks in the Whitefish community. If Montana is the place you want to call home then I can make it happen. I became a realtor because, bottom line, I love real estate. I’m fascinated by architecture, landscape and the way people live. At the end of the day, we all get into our jammies and hit the hay, but every home is unique. Whether you’re the lady that lives in a shoe or the frog on the log, I want to find the perfect home for you. Buying property can be overwhelming but I’m here to make it easy and enjoyable. I’m excited to show you the magic that Montana has to offer.
